Log EBT swipes, issue SNAP and match tokens, check vendors in with a six-letter code, and reconcile issued against redeemed in minutes — not on the kitchen table at midnight.
A shopper converts EBT at your tent. Record it once and the app mints the token batch for you — SNAP in $5 and $1, match in $2.
Each market gets a six-character join code. Vendors type it, scan your printed sign, or tap a link. Check-in resets each market day.
SNAP buys food, not crafts or flowers. Match is produce only. One match per card per day, up to your market’s cap. The app watches all three.
Issued at the tent against redeemed at stalls, per vendor. When the day squares it says so; when it doesn’t, the delta points at a stall.
Token programs get reported on. The tent keeps records that hold up when someone asks.
Every swipe, spend, edit, and override is appended with an actor, a timestamp, and a required reason. Nothing in the app edits or prunes the log — it survives resets, because it is the evidence.
Count every vendor’s handed-in tokens at the end of the day, including vendors who logged sales in the app. Where the two disagree, the count is the record.
Only the last four digits of a card are kept, and only to enforce the daily match cap. Full card data is never captured or stored.
Daily summary — SNAP total, match total, tokens redeemed, vendors redeeming — as CSV and a one-page PDF, with the disclaimer that SugarSnapp records data and does not certify eligibility.
Unusually large redemptions and eligibility overrides get surfaced for your eye. The app flags them; it never silently removes or rejects anything.
Organizers never see a vendor’s sales, ledger, or payment connections — only what they redeemed at your market. That’s the sentence that lets you recruit without a trust fight.
Recruiting is easier when the stall side is worth having on its own. It is free for them too, takes no cut, and needs no card reader.

No subscription and no payment method — running the tent should cost the market nothing.
Organizer mode needs an account so your records back up and check-in codes resolve on vendors’ phones. Creating one is free.
No. The tent records EBT swipes you have already run on your own terminal, so the tokens you issue can be tracked and reconciled. SugarSnapp does not process EBT or SNAP payments and claims no FNS certification.
Nothing. Organizer accounts are free — no subscription, no payment method, no per-token fee.
With a six-character join code, which you can share as a link, a printed QR sign, or a PDF from the check-in kit. Checking in binds that day’s sales to your market; it resets each market day and vendors can undo it.
No. Count their tokens by hand as you do now — the physical count is always the record. Vendors who do use it simply mean fewer numbers to chase at the end of the day.
On your device first, backed up to your account. You can view the tent from any browser after the market, though that view is read-only — changes happen in the app.
